Kable Staffing is in urgent need of an Air Control in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, temp-hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the press support, loading and press positions while maintaining safety, quality and efficiencies.
- Conducts quality checks.
- Installation and detachment of dies and coils.
- Must be able to operate a forklift & overhead crane.
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent attendance record
- Be a team player
- Ability to operate a forklift as needed
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work under minimal direct supervision and stay on task
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to the whole shift
- Ability to move and/or lift to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis for 100% of working hours
- Ability to frequently lift cartons above (up to 8 feet overhead) or below shoulder level
- Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, and/or stoop on a repetitive basis
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity, including grasping and holding
- Pass a background check and drug test
