MBS is in urgent need of a Human Resource in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a full-time, contract opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle recruiting of operators and doing other generalist work as well. Start within the next couple of weeks and would need them to stay for at least 8 weeks but prefer 12 weeks. It would be work that needs to be completed onsite, but we can be flexible on the amount of hours per week (25 – 40) and we can be super flexible with time off requests.
- Strong ability to manage workload, including getting guidance when necessary, setting priorities and follow up Proficiency with Word & Excel Ability to use HRIS & Payroll type of systems, prior experience is a plus but strong computer literacy would be fine Ability to understand & handle confidential information HR Generalist using Paycor system and Newton Applicant Tracking Systems. Will work with employee data entry, onboarding, analysis, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2- or 4-year college degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Experience with structured problem-solving methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate the development of individual team member skills and abilities
- Ability to ensure adherence to standard work procedures and
company policy. -
