Kable Staffing is in urgent need of Quality Control Inspector II. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as an Aviation Repair Technician Inspector at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform dimensional/visual inspections on components and final assemblies using monitoring and measuring equipment (M&ME) according to production schedule
- Must comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements and
- supports business goals and objectives
- Work with others in a teamwork atmosphere
- Maintains work-station cleanliness on daily basis
- Experienced reading and understand blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions
- Can utilize basic shop math skills to aid with tolerancing and obtaining measurements of product
- Basic knowledge of GD&T tolerancing
- Basic understanding of utilizing an ERP system
- Experience with generating inspection reports and FAI reports
- Ability to Multi-task
- Basic Understanding in issuing Nonconforming Reports
- Capable of working with minimal supervision to support manufacturing needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience related to precision manufacturing and inspection (Aerospace Industry with emphasis on composite manufacturing a plus)
- Ability to interact with people on the floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups
- Good analytical, writing and communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
