MBS is in urgent need of a Senior Administrator/ Marketing in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a full-time opportunity. 
  • Leadership role for business processes
    • Project bookings
    • Job numbers for construction / T&Ms
    • Schedule of Values
    • Turnovers
    • Weekly timesheets
    • Invoicing
    • AR/AP
    • Certified payroll I prevailing wage
    • Procore software
    • Monthly job cost meeting reports
    • Expense reports
    • Holiday/vacation forms
    • Asset tracking
    • Marketing / logo wear
    • Office supplies / stock
    • Service tickets
    • Trueline reports
    • Warranty letters
    • O&Ms / submittals
    • Rebate programs (ALC / BeUmo)
    • Marketing / social media promotions
  • Attend department meetings
  • Attend EOS meetings
  • Attend monthly job cost meetings
  • Administration team coordination
  • Technical degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with building automation I construction industry required
  • Experience with Automated Logic DDC desired
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
  • Must be self-motivated, goal & results oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail
  • Must be efficient at scheduling and meeting commitments for multiple customers
